I’m delighted to be taking part in a live event with Lawson-West Solicitors, A Beginner’s Guide to Attorneyship – LPAs, everything you need to know.

This event takes place at 5.15pm on Thursday 26th September 2019, at the offices of Lawson-West Solicitors in Meridian Business Park, Leicester.

Solicitors Phoebe Tranter and Andrea Jones will talk through the main points you need to know if you are appointed as an Attorney.

This talk will include:

-Who appoints you as the Attorney

-What your responsibilities may include

-An overview of what to expect when managing welfare and finances

-Decisions you may be expected to make on an other’s behalf while they are alive

My presentation will then cover why having a Lasting Power of Attorney and a Will is so important when creating your Financial Plan.

As my work involves helping clients build a safe and secure future, by providing clear, concise and comprehensive Financial Planning, having a Will and LPA in place is critical to future client security.

There will be refreshments included and the event will last for about an hour, including time for networking and answering any questions you have.
